Nothing is built without your explicit approval. At every major milestone, you review the working product before we proceed.
There are five approval checkpoints throughout the build. At each one, you see exactly what has been built, test it yourself, and decide whether to continue or request changes.
Nothing is deployed to your live environment until you have tested and signed off. You are always in control.
On final delivery and payment, 100% of your software and intellectual property transfers to you.
Timeline: final payment confirmed → complete source code transferred to your repository → Marviy retains read-only access for 90 days (support only) → all access revoked.
No licensing fees. No ongoing royalties. No situation where Marviy has any rights over the software we built for you. It is yours completely and permanently.
Your business information is used only to build your software. It is never shared with other clients, sold to third parties, or used for any other purpose.
We maintain zero-retention agreements with all model providers. Your project data is never used to train any AI model.
Once your project is delivered and the support period ends, your data is permanently deleted from our systems.
All credentials are encrypted using industry-standard key management (KMS). No secrets are ever stored in version control or plain text.
Payments are processed via Stripe (PCI SAQ-A compliant). Marviy never stores, processes, or has access to your card details.
Every action is logged. Access to your project is restricted to the team assigned to your build. Audit trails are available on request.
PDPA Compliant — We comply with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act for all data handling.
SOC2 Type II — Target completion Q4 2026. Audit in progress with independent assessor.
GDPR — Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available on request for EU-based clients.
Penetration Testing — Scheduled Q3 2026 with an independent security firm.
