Primary care — replacing paper charts and phone bookings for a 3-clinic GP group.
Project details — company names, locations and other identifying specifics — have been anonymised. The brief, the discovery work and the interactive wireframe are the real output our build engine produced.
Three GP clinics — 12 doctors, 8 reception staff, about 500 regular patients — were still running on paper records and phone-based scheduling. Transcription errors and double-bookings had started to matter.
Patients book and reschedule appointments online instead of by phone
Drug-allergy flags surface automatically while a doctor is prescribing
Invoices generate in the format the local health-subsidy schemes require, without manual re-entry
67, on quarterly diabetes reviews at her local clinic
Designed to run on the clinics' existing reception hardware with no new equipment — delivered against a three-week deadline and a fixed, modest budget.
